• Sharing and referral features

3. User Accounts

To use Khayali AI, you must:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
• Be responsible for all activity under your account

4. Energy System

Khayali AI uses an energy-based system:

• Energy is required to generate images
• Different generation modes require different energy amounts
• Energy can be earned through daily bonuses, referrals, and purchases
• Purchased energy is non-refundable
• We reserve the right to adjust energy costs with notice

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use Khayali AI to:

• Generate illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Violate intellectual property rights
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Generate deepfakes or misleading content
• Abuse or exploit system vulnerabilities
• Resell or redistribute generated images commercially without proper rights
• Use automated systems to abuse energy features
• Generate content that violates our community guidelines

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

6. Content Ownership and License

Your Generated Images:

• You own the images you generate using Khayali AI
• You grant us a license to store and display your public images
• You are responsible for ensuring your prompts don't infringe on others' rights
• Private images remain private and are not used for training or display

Platform Content:

• All platform features, design, and code are owned by Khayali AI
• Our brand assets and trademarks may not be used without permission

7. Payments and Refunds

• All payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers
• Energy purchases are final and non-refundable
• Prices are subject to change with notice
• Fraudulent transactions will result in account termination

8. Service Availability

We strive to provide continuous service, but:

• We do not guarantee uninterrupted access
• Maintenance and updates may cause temporary downtime
• We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features
• Third-party AI models (FLUX) are provided as-is

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Khayali AI is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. Generated images may not always meet your expectations due to the nature of AI technology.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Khayali AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the service.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Khayali AI harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service, violation of these terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

Upon termination, your right to use Khayali AI will immediately cease.
